My hot water heater died and Tyler was highly recommended to me. I called first thing in the morning and he scheduled a 3-hour window for the afternoon when he would call to give me time to get home from work. He and his crew were on time, clean, professional. Tyler took the time to diagnose the problem without automatically telling me I needed a new water heater...he left the decision to me. Once decided, they installed the hot water heater, replaced connections and brought everything up to code. After installation, everything was reviewed for me, instructions on how the hot water worked, etc

Excellent customer service and work. I initially spoke to Tyler on the phone who was very courteous and helpful. Jonathan was the plumber sent out and he was great. He was professional, friendly and did an excellent job. He left everything clean and in order. I highly recommend TM Bennett for your plumbing needs.

This review is well overdue, thusI have a lot say. We moved from Colorado 11 year ago, and as soon as we settled in, we had plumbing issues. Thankfully, a neighbor referred us to TM Bennett and we haven’t worked with anybody else ever since then. Tayler and his team have taken care of us in so many different occasions but always with the same professionalism, attention to detail, tidiness, and fair prices.
It is very hard to find great professionals nowadays who you can trust and count on, so we greatly appreciate TM Bennett ( Tayler, Jonathan, and Chanel) for everything they have done for us

Amazing customer service and work! I had a water heater that was leaking significant amounts of water starting on a Saturday afternoon. (why do these things always happen on the weekend?). Tyler was quick to answer his phone and even though he was on vacation, he planned on heading back to San Diego early so he could fix my issue first thing Sunday morning. Luckily one of his employees, Jonathan, was able to service our problem and saved Tyler the early drive home.
Tyler has done many projects for our vacation rentals and he is always prompt, professional and friendly. Jonathan was no different

We came home to a busted pipe from our water heater one evening. With 3 kids and a crazy work schedule, we didn’t have the time nor did we know what to do. We called T.M. Bennett Plumbing and Drain Inc., and they were so responsive and professional. They accommodated us immediately and fixed the pipe to our water heater. The owner, Tylar Bennett, was super friendly and very knowledgeable. He even took the time to show the kids what he was doing. T.M. Bennett Plumbing and Drain Inc. definitely came through and saved our evening!
