Great company to hire. Not every job goes perfect, and we had an unexpected rain storm during our roof replacement. We had some pretty seriuos water issues in a matter of minutes. The owner of the company showed up in a few minutes, made some phone calls, and had people on that afternoon doing clean up. Over the next couple of days, he had painters in getting things fixed up, and were back to 100%. It's not the problems that come up, it's how they react to the problems that set companies apart. Would and have recommended them over and over.

Roof replacement after heavy hail and wind damage.
Eric owner of RSG Construction, LLC responded the next day after a very bad hail and wind storm over the Smithville Missouri area. He did the initial damage report and sent our insurance company his estimate with pictures of the damage. The insurance company excepted his report and he gave us what the job would cost between the insurance coverage and our deductible.
Eric was on site everyday during the entire process of stripping the old roof and installation of the new roofing material. He was personally available to answer our questions and

I had the pleasure of working with this company. They were refereed by a neighbor. They did such an excellent job, that I refereed them to about 5 or 6 more neighbors when the hail damaged came thru. They were quick and efficient. Friendly and well knowledgeable about the repairs that needed fixing. They actually went way above of what they were supposed to do. I now carry their business cards with me, since I`m in the handyman business myself. I don`t have any problems referring them to my clients for their special needs.I`m confidant they`ll do an outstanding job, and won`t have to worry about

RSG was a fantastic company to work with. Our roof had been damaged in a recent hail storm and needed to be replaced. RSG consulted with me on how to get my insurance company involved to pay for the damages. They were willing to work with the estimates provided by my insurance and kept in communication with me throughout the whole process. They were able to take off and replace my entire roof in about 7 hours. I couldn't believe how fast and efficient they were. The new roof looks fantastic, they cleaned up everything after they left and were professional the whole way through. I also like that
