Mr. Mark Fine (C&F Discount Roofing) is not your ordinary lackadaisical entrepreneur who doesn't take pride in his work. He concentrates on quality work first and payment later for his efforts.
For example, I had a hole in my roof which the previous owner failed to properly fix, and thus the rain would leak into the home. Mr. Fine went up on the roof and was able to find the leak around the chimney and fixed it on the same day he came out and two years later--no further leaks! Now my aggravation is gone and Mr. Fine only charged me $150.00.
