Our R/O system install started December of 2020. Our system still has rope holding the system together. Our system is currently not working AGAIN and we cannot get a response. System has not run correctly for almost 7 months now..Drain, electrical and framing for the system are hidden cost not included in quotes.
Good response during the freeze.
Pump is not working again and have not received a response for two days. We do not recommend these services for anything related to Residential R/O or industrial services.

This company is amazing and I would recommend them 150%! I had a minor emergency; my faucet would not shut off and just kept running. I called Smart Plumbing in somewhat of a panic, it wasn't an "emergency" exactly but I needed the water to stop. I selected this business because it just happened to pop up first as "emergency plumber". Let me tell you; I inadvertently, and luckily for me, picked the right place. First, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, understood what I was saying, and empathized. Second, they saw where where their technicians were located and found one near my location

Never in my life have I worked with such unprofessional people, I hired them because I was getting a sunscreen installed for my garage and my water softener tank needed to be moved for the screen to work, mind you they were recommended from the place I got my sunscreen (the sunscreen place was amazing on a side note).The first time they came they moved it a foot and added more pvc pipe to make it work. The day of installation the installers noticed that the tank needed to bemoved more so they called them to move it again, they come and look at it and said that it’s not up to code and they

Horrible service!!!! Had a neighbor just hire these chumps to simply move a water softener system back in their garage! First time they didn’t move it back far enough, second time they completely broke the whole system. They not only refused to fix the problem they created, but they threw a water bucket under the system and left the job site. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Leonardo fixed a clog outside in minutes and instead of leaving after the job was done, he stayed around for a few minutes to help educate me on where my water/sewer lines run. Also showed me a few things I can purchase from a hardware store to help with any further issues. 10/10 Leo is a solid dude.
