I had to walk away from this company while working due to being threatened and aproched in a threatening manor I also was told I would receive full benefits in which they still advertise but don’t an never gave me I also was never paid for my last week of work or my recipe from having to buy parts to fix there equipment I was also never told that there vehicles are not legal or unsafe to drive until I received a ticket citation I have text messages from molly and Andrew that I would be paid and reimbursed but now it’s been almost a month and I’ve been ignored also has not given back my equipment

This is not the landscaping company you want touching your lawn. After signing a year contract, I've been having a very difficult time getting them to comply with their part of the contract. Furthermore, any attempt to contact them has yielded nothing. They don't answer e-mails, texts or even answer phone calls. Yet, they are charging me for service they haven't provided.

Molly and Drew are exceptional! Professional service, well thought out landscape ideas, and complete follow-through. We moved here in April 2021 and nothing had been done to the property for quite some time. Blue Heron was our choice to rejuvenate the lawn, as well as bring the surrounding trees and plants back to blooming glory. Blue Heron provides our complete lawn care service from cutting, trimming, nutrition, to design of new projects. Yes, they even turned an overgrown area into a lovely paver patio/fire pit spot for us to enjoy!! Can't say enough about how willing they are to make our vision

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
This company came out to my house and did landscaping work. It was a big job and they did a decent job. However, they backed out into my neighbors mailbox and destroyed it and I have called the company numerous times and they still haven’t fixed it and it’s been over three months. This is such an embarrassment.

This company has a sister company called Green Earth Lawns. to provide lawn service. DO NOT USE THEM. They have you sign a contract and never show up to provide the service. Further, do not use Blue Heron for a fence. They do not know how to put up fences. They did not put the posts in the ground deep enough and of course, the whole fence came down in the hurricane. Two fencing contractors confirmed this. I wouldn't use them for anything.
Regarding their answer, they did not come for 5 months after they started and my house and yard was only owned by me for one month. Nothing I could do about

Not a very good experience with Blue Herron especially since they came highly recommended. Called left a message never called so I called back in case something happened. Lady apologized said she would have someone call back. 10 min later someone called back and said the man I needed to speak to would be out of town for next couple of days so she set up an appt for 4 30 on mon. NO SHOW NO PHONE CALL!!!!! Waited a day to give them a chance to call me back. NOTHING. I called the next morning lady very apologetic said they would make it up to me I said it was up to them because I really needed some

Our yard was destroyed in hurricane Sally. Blue Heron fixed our sprinkler system, which had been ripped up by falling trees, installed new sod throughout the entire yard, and replaced trees we lost. They were able to get us very large trees that look like they’ve been here for years and did a great job installing everything. They completed our job quickly and professionally. They are also doing our lawn maintenance, and the yard is perfectly manicured.
