Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
We were really good customers. This time they installed a faucet. We had a problem with it and called FOUR times for help. (We are seniors.) We never could get a real person (during office hours). Left voicemail each time. They never called back. Had to have another company help us. They were fast at billing us though!

NO ONE EVER CALLED. NO ONE EVER CAME. Don't bother calling these people for after hours electrical work. I arrived home after a trip on a Saturday afternoon to find the circuit breaker that controls my A/C, furnace, pool heater, and other things. had been tripped. When I tried to reset, it would just trip again. I called them and they said someone would call me back. An hour later I called again and they said they would resend the message. 3 days later and I still have not received that call.

Manny, from SanCap Home Services repaired our water heater on January 21, 2021. He was very professional and friendly. He arrived right on time diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repairs. I would most definitely use SanCap Services again as needed.

We hired CJ Henry of SanCap Home Services to correct some major electrical issues. He showed up to provide a bid on time, diagnosed the problem, provided us a solid bid, and was here early to do the work (he had to work with LCEC and an inspector from Sanibel). The problem was more complicated than originally thought. CJ stayed later than normal work hours on a Friday night to correct the problem so we wouldn’t be without power for the weekend. He stopped by on Saturday to check that all was good. Great service! I would absolutely hire him for our next problem or project and would highly recommend

I called Sanibel Plumbing yesterday am! The first question I asked was if they worked on the Ft.Myers side of the river. The office worker, Crystal, stated yes and listened my problem. She told me that they could have someone could be out between 3-5.
At 2:50, CJ arrived at my door and took care of my issue - a leaking garbage disposal unit! He installed the new unit and through problem solving skills, also unclogged the line from my dishwasher to the unit and suggested I use the dishwasher more!
Pricing was fair. Work was efficient and effective! Company workers pleasant, courteous and problem

I called for an estimate. It was done on the same day and the plumber fixed one of my problems right then and there with no charge. He will have to comeback for the other problems but I look forward to the professionalism and honesty. My only concern is that I was told that my water filtration system was not doing the correct job and was told that I should purchase another system for $5000.00. As our original system was fairly new we opted for a second opinion which help greatly. The system suggested to us was too expensive and too small for our home and the system we had needed to be cleaned which

I had an issue with my water heater. Crystal, of Sanibel Plumbing, did a fantastic job of handling the warranty on the old one, installation of a new one, and all related details. The technician, C.J., was a very personable expert who did a great job

Our bidet started leaking and Sanibel Plumbing sent Mike to our condo the same day. We decided to have it removed. Mike had to drill into the floor to cut the drain low enough so he could patch the floor. He also had to make small cuts into the wall to seal off the ends of the water pipes. He patched the floor, patched the wall with a minimal amount of dust. He cleaned up everything before he left. He gave us the hourly rate before starting so there were no surprises. My wife and I were very satisfied
with the work and quick resolution of our problem. We will be a Sanibel Plumbing for life!

I used to like Sanibel plumbing but things have changed. The plumber came out to change corroded faucets feeding my washing machine and charged me $200.00. It took about 10 minutes. He said he didn't have the parts and would come back the to replace 3 corroding connectors. He said there would be no additional charge. He never called or showed up. My water heater went out a couple days later and I called Aztec Plumbing to replace it.
