The quality of service was horrific. I had to re clean my entire house once she left. There were crumbs of bread on the floor, stains on the counter tops, and sunflower seeds on the rug left over when she finished her cleaning. I was very disappointed. On top of that; she asked to take a 15 minute smoke break during the first 30 minutes she arrived. Are you kidding me? I’m pregnant and you dragged your nasty smoke smell in my house. Disgusting.
Also, Im convinced all her google 5 star reviews are paid for. Go check her cleaning service on yelp (they are all 1 Star).

I usually dont write reviews but in this case I have to. I have been using Carolines house cleaning for the 2 years and things have always been great.
When they were finished things were amazing, Everything was smelling fresh and clean and there were never any streaks on the mirrors, tables, stainless steel wall or appliances.
They even made sure our glass block wall was perfect at least in my eyes. I guess they know how OCD I am.
They Concentrated on the specific areas I pointed out Ie: corners of the granite counters in the kitchen and bathrooms becauseI dont like seeing water deposits.

Angie has been cleaning our home for few years now. She does an amazing job cleaning the big house and all the counters and especially all the mess our dog makes( he sheds a lot). Very professional, good quality and attention to details. Also my schedule is very hectic and i like how she always is right on the clock and always makes sure she works around my conference calls etc. Highly recommended.

Fabulously clean! Carolyn's made my house look like new! I have two very hairy dogs, and the hair collects everywhere! She cut through the hair and dust and made my floors sparkle and shine. She goes above and beyond and dusts and cleans everything! My cobwebs are gone, the dog hair is gone, and I feel like I have a fresh new home! Thank you!

My house has never looked better! She arrived on time, got right to work. Not only is my house clean it is organized now! I have a cat and she was careful to not leave the door open. My daughter has asthma and the green products she supplied did not bother her at all. This service is great! I definitely will use Carolyn's again! Five stars! She always is prompt, honest, smiling, efficient, and professional. She found jewelry I had misplaced. What a relief to be able to trust someone in your home. I LOVE Carolyn's House Cleaning!
