Southern VA Construction has been fantastic to work with throughout the duration of our construction project. Mike and his team were very reliable, always showing up when they said they would and providing high-quality work. We really appreciated their honesty throughout, as well as their realistic timelines for completing the project. They did an excellent job cleaning up the site at the end of the work. We've liked them enough to use them again on a new project!

We want to express our total and complete satisfaction with the renovation which Southern VA Construction provided for us.
We wanted to construct a guest room and office in our unfinished attic space.
We contacted Mike Shrewsbury and made an appointment to have him come to our house and evaluate our attic space.
Mike indicated there would not be a problem in accomplishing our project. He provided his quote and we authorized him to start construction.
Construction began on May 1st. and we received our Certification of Occupancy on May 25th. We were just amazed at how quickly our project was
