We are contractors with a history of building remote and unusual projects. From a float house built in town and delivered to a salmon hatchery 180 miles away, to summer cabins that required the materials being barged to site, to a post and beam retail store built for summer visitors, or a house with a stairway cut through a giant spruce log, we enjoy interesting and challenging projects.

No matter what your project, if you like our work, give us a shout! Having built and repaired buildings in SE Alaska for over 35 years we have become acutely aware of the need to build for our wet climate. While we are building we are always thinking about how to minimize future maintenance headaches and maximize the lifespan of buildings in this harsh environment.

If design professionals are needed we have ongoing relationships with both local and regional architects and engineers. Like many who reside in Small towns in Alaska, I have worn a multitude of hats in my past. I have logged, commercially fished, taught physics, and taught outward bound.
