Cody and Cord, our technicians on this job, we're both competent and courteous throughout. They got right to work and were happy to keep us informed every step of the way. They even advised us as to when certain aspects of the work would be done so we could observe what the camera was recording inside the pipes. The job took 4 days and involved jackhammering up a floor, but when they were done, they ensured that the job site was thoroughly cleaned up and order restored. My husband installed new toilets. My sink started to gurgle after. Called Drainmasters. They stated our drain pipe was "starving for air" and can be cleaned for $2,500 or cleaned and coated for $12,000. It's never been cleaned so we went with that. Drain continued to gurgle. They stated they didn't know that was the problem we were having. They said could be ice in the vent, they didn't even look in the vent.

While I'm sure the company has had some success I'd say to avoid them if possible. I had a drain issue and they sent out a young and somewhat inexperienced guy. He was nice but clearly new to this work. He was on the phone (to his work?) a lot. Worked with the snake to unclog but had no luck. Believed the problem was severe but charged a fair bit of money anyway.
They sent out another couple of guys (for free) who ran a camera into the hole and believed the entire pipe had collapsed despite not seeing it. Quoted me $3,700 to come in and tear out the old one.

My pipe upstairs backed up and water came up through the washing machine drain. What a mess! I called Drain Masters and they sent a technician out as soon possible. The technician came over evacuated the situation and promptly fixed the issue. They are very knowledgeable, clean, and fast. No wasted time. Thank you for your great service.

They came out in less than 1 hour. Cleaned drain line before we left for vacation. Since was the second time this had happened within 7 months I schedule a camera scope when we returned from vacation. They scoped the line and found a break at one of the joints of about 2 inch or more movement. It appeared it was due the November 30, 2018 earthquake in the Anchorage area. I am filing repair cost to my claim with my insurance company and FEMA. Thank you Drain Master

Very friendly tech that came out. He didn't give up on snaking my drain and after 8 times he managed to finally burst through the solid wall of grease and grime 25' down my drain! Offered helpful tips for the future on maintenance as well. Very thankful they accommodate people who work and don't charge after hours fees during the week after 5pm :)

On-time, fast, clean, and got the job done. They understand what makes a customer happy. Very reasonable prices and easy to do business with.
At one point, they asked if I could hold off on my non-emergency repair to allow them to deal with emergencies. They are obviously very, very customer-oriented and I appreciated being asked to help them meet others' needs. Solid, small-town folks.

The water flows again! Thank you Jeff. Called for an appointment the evening before and was given a window of 10 am to 12 noon for the next morning. Jeff called at 9:45 am to say he was 10 to 15 minutes from our house. He is a friendly, considerate person. He went to work immediately, knew just where to start and got rid of a main drain clog.. Moral of the story is even if they flushable wipes, DO NOT flush them! Thanks again Jeff! "Problem Solved".
