Roman at Cleveland Commercial Roofing immediately returned my initial phone call where we had an in depth conversation about my project and concerns and was very responsive and understanding. He was out later that afternoon and gave me a bare bones breakdown of what he saw versus the info I provided him based on other vendor input. I have been dealing with Cleveland Commercial Roofing since 2012 when i hired them to replace a roof on one of our commercial buildings. The owner was great and met with me directly. They also met with our insurance company and dealt with our adjuster to resolve hail damage that had occurred. It was the easiest process i've been through.
