It usually takes one to two days to replace the roof depending on the size and complexity. All other parts of the project such as gutter, window screens, etc., are done after roof installation.

Our Church was very pleased with the roof replacement done by 12 12 Roofing. Taleo coles was very knowledgeable in the insurance claims process in educating us on storm damage that made our Church eligible for a full roof replacement. I came home from vacation to find it raining from my ceiling ... not the best experience. But Twelve Twelve Roofing came out first thing the next morning and for no charge did a temporary fix to stop the leak. They were super easy to work with, the owner communicated with me, and thoroughly explained every step of the process, including all of the insurance stuff. My house now has a much nicer looking & higher quality roof (original was only 8 years old and should NOT have had to be replaced)! Highly recommend this company. If you have to deal with any type of roof situation, at least they will

We were extremely pleased with the professionalism and quality work that we received. They replaced our roof, fixed a leaking skylight, replaced multiple window screens, and replaced our garage door trimming that was damaged by hail.They took extreme care to follow covid protocols when painting the entire ceiling inside our home (due to leaking skylight) and did a great job cleaning up our property after replacing the roof. They even covered some additional minor repairs at no charge. It was clear that they were more interested in our satisfaction than just making a quick buck. We highly recommend
