I contracted with Jason to replace 2 sidewalk panels and install 2 French drains where water ponds on the sidewalk after heavy rains. The concrete work was amateurishly done. The finished edges did not match adjacent panels, the surface was uneven, rough, not level and crumbling at one edge. Dried concrete drips were stuck in a line between the area "repaired" and the driveway. The French drains were installed, but the tops were higher than the surrounding grass.
I asked Jason to replace the panels. He said that a vinyl patch would fix things. I got a 2nd opinion. That opinion was that the 2 panels
