On time, professional, cleaned up after they were done. They were able to come out on a Sunday and diagnosed my issue with a busted heating valve. Came the next morning to fix it since they needed a part for the HVAC. Kept me up to date on costs, billing, and sent an invoice with photos.
Made the entire process simple and straightforward.
Can't say enough good things about em, and I would recommend them to anyone that needs heating repair work done.

They were recommended. I used them on some warranty work. They gave me options and their opinions were spot on. After a warranty repair, I had an issue. They came out and found a plastic cap had fallen down into the fan. They removed the cap and said their fault and no charge. My most recent experience, similar. They looked things over, gave me options and we talked. Save me a couple $$ from our discussions. They have my business.

I had a weekend AC outage. Hart first helped me confirm that it was not something I could correct myself, and then had a technician out within a few hours. The tech secured the necessary part, made the repair, and helped me submit the info necessary to get reimbursed by my home warranty company. An excellent experience from beginning to end.

Edward and Ryan were so wonderful! This was our first time having to use them, but their response was so quick and they were very professional. It feels so good to have the AC cooling again. They cleaned our AC and got rid of all the dirt. A+ service. I would recommend to anyone and use them again if ever needed!

I didn't get to use them but I feel bad because they were so responsive and I thought they weren't going to get back to me. My son (3yo) had set my phone to do not disturb and I didn't see that they called back first thing in the morning and by then I had called someone else 😓

Our AC went out yesterday and Hart was here 20 minutes later! This was a year after they fixed our terrible AC (our old one was not from them) the first time. They honored their new unit quote from 12 months ago! They were here 12 hours later and had a bigger vent and new unit installed by lunch. Great customer service and very knowledgeable and helpful installers. Can not recommend them enough!

I was having a bad day. AC was out, wife was cranky, and I knew it wasn’t going to be a cheap fix. I think we have all been there before. So I stumble upon Hart from Google reviews and I am so glad I found them. My only regret is that I hadn’t found them sooner because I will only use Hart going forward.
Brett was our technician and you can tell he takes pride in what he does. He is extremely courteous and professional. That alone goes a long way for me because it’s not so common anymore. He was honest and straightforward about the work that needed to be done and he didn’t try to sell

I called and someone came out same day to diagnose issue with my Heating / AC unit. Gave me options to get the system repaired but due to system being very old it would be a temporary fix till something else went out on unit. A very nice and polite gentlemen came out name Mark Benedict came out to my house same day and was able to give me different options on replacing the entire inside / outside unit. Was able to find an option that helped me the best along with a few additions to not only save me money on filters but also purify the air coming into my home . Customer service is great and being

My indoor A/C fan stopped working and I thought it had been left on until the motor burned out. Hart Hearing & A/C sent out Mike to look at the problem and see if it could be repaired - my system is 20+ years old. Mike is a very knowledgeable technician, so he used an override switch and found that the fan could turn on, then he found a loose wire, and he spent the time to trace the wires (and read the upside-down wiring diagram) so the loose wire could be reconnected correctly without any guessing games. Mike was a pleasure to talk with during the process and worth every penny of the service

Paid for the HVAC checkup / service because my heater stopped. After an inspection, Hart said it was a bad gas valve and offered to fix it for over $1000, which was too much. Since I had home warranty insurance, I went through them. The warranty technician (a different heating company in Lubbock) fixed the problem in 10 minutes, cleaning a sensor and tightening a loose connection .... something the HVAC service with Hart should have been able to do. If I didn't have home warranty insurance, I would have been out quite a bit of money. Buyer beware.

We have used the 'other guys' that have left us with no answer except keep your a/c unit at 71 degrees and it won't freeze up. Well, that's not how we like it & we've just recently had issues with it freezing up again!!! Hart has the most professional, curteous, down to earth staff we have ever dealt with. They solved our problem and now we have a comfy bedroom of 65 degrees! Thanks guys! Keep up the great service!!! We will recommend you guys to anyone! Great company and great ethical value!

This company has an ethical behavior issue. For an elderly customer, they came out to the home did a "professional assessment" to get an ac issue reviewed to fix. They put us down the path of a full replacement costing about 8500 dollars. They scheduled the job for 4 days later, then the day before the job stated they needed to go by the house to review the job site. We heard nothing from that day and assumed all was good, however at 6:30 am the day of the installation I didn't even get a call, but a text message that the job was now going to cost more because of mistakes and
