I got to know them as my neighbor recommended and I am quite impressed with their prompt service. I had to repair my roof and gutter after some hail damage (I live in suburb Austin area), and they did the inspection thoroughly and got a really good deal for damage repair from my insurance company. The roof repair job was done really quick and after services were also fantastic (we had some bad storm here not too long ago and did additional damage to my roof, and they came out asap and fixed it for no additional cost). The gutters were done a bit late but

We went with Tex City because our neighbors used them and they worked quickly and efficiently- less than half a day for whole roof job. We called Jae Yoon at Tex city and he couldn't be nicer or more professional. He handled all aspects with our insurance company- Travelers- who stalled almost 2 months sending our payment out. Jae took care of this and also had them correct the square footage of our home along with getting gutter guards added and damages to fencing. Jae and his manager James did a great job. They have a large team of experienced and professional roofers. They got our house done

Texcity Roofing provided high-quality roof replacement for my house. They addressed all my concerns very fast and came out to ensure everything is perfect after the work is over. At some point, there was also some disagreement with the insurance company regarding the payment, but Texcity took care of the problem professionally (so I don't need to worry about it), which was super impressive. If I have another need for roof repair/replacement, definitely I will hire Texcity Rooting again.

Finally, my roof replacement was done by this company yesterday 8/5/2021. Brian is the one my point of contact, he speaks fluent English and of course Korean as well. He is awesome and most trustable person I have never met before.
Finding roof contractor is not easy b/c this probably once in a life time? Ha, I just canceled all appointments after I met him and started recommending him to all of my friends someone who has roof damages in Austin area. I have no negative feedback from everyone. I also have super positive feedback with this company. They choose best materials and have enough manpower

From the beginning of the roof construction to the end, the owner was kind and very helpful with everything. Even for the roof construction that took two days, the boss himself came and paid a lot of attention, and water leaked from the ceiling, so we should have done the work in the house too, but thanks to the experienced owner, I was able to finish it step by step without any inconvenience, and I am very satisfied with the result. He helped me a lot until the insurance part was finished. It is a company I would recommend to others.

I used them for my parents manufactured home roofing. William Kang is super helpful and ready to answer any of my question all the time. Also he worked directly with the claim adjuster and made sure I don't lose any of the benefit. He is great guy to work with. I referred him to my friends and they love William's level of service and his attention to detail. I'd recommend him to anyone looking to get a new roof
