In May and June during heat wave, our house would not cool down beyond 83F. We thought it might just coolant issue. We created claim with our home warranty company for it. They assigned Airsmith Pro. Airsmith pro technician came over and gave an estimate. We had busted evaporator coil and there was some other expenses as well. After a bit of reading through and discussion, we scheduled appointment with Airsmith Pro to replace the faulty coil. The owner came on time with assistants. They did a great job. The entire replacement took less than 3 hours. We are very happy with their follow ups and service

Air Smith Pro made a visit to fix my AC last week, which went kaput during a heat wave. My home warranty provider partners with this contractor, so I used them by default. I was a little concerned due to the negative reviews, however, other than showing up later than the scheduled window, they were great. Two technicians arrived and were extremely professional. They very quickly diagnosed the issue, replaced the AC's capacitor and within 15 minutes my AC was back on. On the heels of a 4 day heat wave, I'm sure they were quite busy and I understand things happen that can throw a wrench

Zero stars if I could. AHS assigned them for a faulty thermostat fix. They have 4 hour appointment windows (7a-11a and 11a-3p). I opted for the early window so I could go into the office later. Received a text confirmation for the appointment.
Day of the appointment rolls around and I am waiting patiently for the technician to arrive. Finally at 10:46a I call the company to make sure someone was going to be there within the next 15 minutes. The lady that answered the phone put me on hold to check. She came back saying they were running AN HOUR LATER! Very unprofessional to NOT advise the customer

Airsmith Pro is a shady, dishonest company. They were sent out by my home warranty company to fix a minor issue with my furnace. They replaced the blower (a far more expensive fix than what was required), and in the process, broke the inducer motor. Now, it makes a horrible metal clanging noise that is heard throughout all four levels of my home. They refused to fix what they broke, saying it "could have been a coincidence" that it broke right when they replaced the blower. Yeah, right. What a lying, scamming company. Stay far, far away from this unprofessional operation. They WILL find

Installed a complete new Trans HVAC system last summer and very pleased. Israel was honest and fair with his pricing and even offered a military discount.
We had a duct cleaning and the service technician was very detailed. Israel even came back after the work was complete to ensure the job was done to complete satisfaction and even complete a courtesy troubleshooting of our humidifier. Would do business with Airsmith pro again.

As all others have stated below, BEWARE of this company. They have taken 2-weeks to fix our A/C during a 96 degree weather days. Even tried to close ticket with American Home Shield Warranty when they had yet to do anything. Said they will order part and then take multiple days to do so. Still not even fixed.
Don't expect any return calls. After the first visit they said they would be back the next day to complete work. Never contacted us or AHS for 3.5 days than lied and said they tried to call. No calls missed, no messages, nothing.

Took off work for service. Gave 4 hour window. Going into last hour and no word. Called them. Said they had to reschedule due to rain. Can't count on this provider to show up as scheduled or communicate. People can't just take off work and not have you show up without any notice. Unprofessional. PS it's not raining

The most unprofessional experience ever. Heads up!! Somehow Air Smith Pro company is now affiliated with American Home Shield. AHS scheduled the appointment and Israel Rivera, the owner of Air Smith Pro, arrived as scheduled. He said he was able to work on my closed system, steam boiler. In fact, he took pictures and told me he just had to order the parts and would be back in a week. Another week! Yes, it would take him that long to get the parts and work me into his very busy schedule. One week later, no call, nothing.
