I replace the thermocouple yearly in my rental furnace strictly as a precautionary measure. Due to my being Covid positive at the time I called this place to replace it with a new one which I’d left there. There was absolutely not a problem with the furnace or the old one.Midwest still managed to charge me $218.00. In 13 years of doing it I’ve never spent more than 10 minutes doing it myself and I’m far from a professional. Not at all happy.

Midwest Installed a new High Efficiency furnace & AC, & Properly vented two fireplaces in one day at our home! They were professional, friendly, but most of all, new what they were doing and explained every step to the homeowner (us). Price was very competitive.

I had Midwest Heating and Cooling install a new Lennox furnace and central air conditioner in the Billings heights around July of 2017. They got it done in a reasonable amount of time and they were reasonable cost wise. I inspected their workmanship and it was excellent.

I've used them for years for my house and my rental properties. They come when they say they will, the receptionist and workers are polite, and they do good work. In probably 20 or so service calls I've never had to call them back over to redo a job, which is pretty remarkable for this type of business. Seems like they're a bit pricier than some outfits, but having a problem fixed right the first time is certainly worth it.
