We had to get a utility sink installed in my mother in laws basement. We had three estimates from 3 different companies that gave us about the same quotes but went with Jeff because we liked him and he had the best reviews. They quoted us $400-650 for the job. We understand that this is an estimate, and we were OK with it going up if something wrong comes up. When Todd (associate assigned to do the work) arrived, he went downstairs and before he even opened up the wall, he came up and told my MIL that it was going to be $1500. They demonstrated integrity and we developed trust since the first time they came out. On the second visit when they unclogged the line they were quick to come back

I shopped around for quotes to repair a broken drain pipe and a water heater a few months ago. Had a few companies come out for an estimate but my research made me feel like I could get a better deal. I got around to calling Superior and Jeff came out next day to look at it and gave me a quote that I was able to agree to on the spot.
Came out the next day to get the drain fixed and installed a new water heater. The water heater started leaking (defective) so I called and Brian and Alex came out a couple days later to replace it. This heater’s doing much better and everything’s been good so

My husband and I had major issue pop up and cause leakage and a multitude of problems. We were lucky enough to have the owner Jeff come out and help immediately. Not only did they come to Anderson, but he answered his phone and updated us in a timely fashion as to when he would be here, and the service blew me away. Within a couple hours, everything was working perfectly and the prices were phenomenal as we checked several other companies for estimates before calling. HIGHLY recommend Jeff and Superior plumbing services!!

If you're looking for the BEST u have found it!!!! These people are not only my plumbers for life but they are family for life! I will not ever have another plumbing company but them! Exceeded. Very friendly and came the very next day, on time, to fix all issues. Looked at all my problem areas and gave me an estimate for the repairs to agree to before starting work. Answered all my questions and very knowledgeable. Work was done quickly and price was right around the estimate and was well below our budget (whew!). Explained in detail the work he needed to do and why he was doing it, didn't come up with new "problems to fix" which was a fear of mine. Highly recommend!
