EDIT: Shortly after posting this review I was contacted by a woman that said she was the manager of D&G. She said that my review was hurting them and offered me $50 credit to remove my review. I obviously did not accept because I feel that honest reviews are important for consumers, but it makes me wonder how many other bad reviews of this company have been silenced due to personal greed. Pretty shady if you ask me. D&G has numerous bad reviews on Yelp. Wish I had seen those before hiring this company. Unfortunately it seems like Google isn't the best place for accurate reviews.

Called and requested the same day appointment, I was lucky to have Alex come by later on the day, overall price came out little more than I was quoted but it was reasonable as my carpets were bad! and I mean that! stains came out well and I can enjoy my clean carpet again! Thanks D&G, highly recommended!

All I can say they are incredibly thorough and professional. Their prices are very very reasonable. They walked me through my options when I called to schedule an appointment. Our carpets and furniture haven't looked this good ever since we bought them. After reading some of the reviews, I asked for Alex. He is wonderful and did a very thorough job. Our carpet looks new, smells amazing and feels so soft. Highly recommended!
