Dennis was very responsive, professional and always there by phone for questions.
The contractors used in the installations of the roofing and gutters were very professional clean,quick and thorough. Once the job was done they cleaned the job site up just like they found it.
Dennis filed the paperwork with the Insurance company once the job was completed making this our process stress free. Thanks

Dennis and his team were fantastic to work with. Very professional and courteous and got the job done in record time. Dennis has been great in his promptness and communication as well--very accommodating. He also helped facilitate processes and payments with insurance! We are very pleased with our experience with Good Knight Roofing from start to finish. Dennis walked us through the entire process explaining how things would go, not only our roof replacement, but also the siding and gutters. He was very polite and patient with us and our questions and decision delays. The roofers and the gentlemen doing the gutter replacement and siding were very friendly and did beautiful work. Our house has never looked so good! In fact, we enjoyed working with Good Knight Roofing so much we used them a second time on another house, where once again, the service and the work

He shows up on time, he is very thorough, patient, detailed, and worked with the insurance adjuster through the entire process. As the original roof was close to wearing out on our home, we were glad to discover hail damage from a storm this past summer that enabled our roof to be replaced through our insurance. Shortly after the storm, I was approached by Dennis, a very low pressure, well trained Rep of Good Knight Roofing, and he reassured us that the roof replacement would be a seamless as possible, and he would assist along the way, which he did.

Wow! Idid not even think we were in the market for a roof, but our potential buyers of our house wanted it done. When we realized we need a new roof the owner Dennis was really easy to work with and communicate with. He even got our roof done quickly. The day of the project a big crew and got it done in a day! After my roof was done, Dennis still worked with me to get the new buyers of our house a limited lifetime warranty in their name. Good Knight Roofing is based in Littleton but goes all over the Front Range.

What a great experience during a painful time. I have remodeled three of my own houses over the past ten years in Denver using various contractors, painters, framers, and two other roofers. I have rarely found anyone who would live up to their promises or even make commitments. The three guys I dealt with at Good Knight Roofing were awesome through the whole process. My roof was only two years old when it was destroyed by hail. I got Dennis’ name from my father in law, who worked with him on his house and three rental properties last year. Our experience with Good Knight Roofing was excellent. Phillip explained how the entire process would work in advance and the actual experience went just as he said it would. Bid was competitive and the finished roof looks great. Crew did an awesome job cleaning up and then Phillip even did a final pass to be sure every nail and piece of trash was picked up. I would definitely recommend this company.
