Our technician, Christopher, was so easy to work with. He explained everything in detail and gave me options. He also tested out a carpet I had and discovered that it was wool, which I was not aware of so that was helpful to know. He did an excellent job cleaning our carpets and removed some pretty gnarly stains and even melted wax from one of the carpets. He left shoe protectors for my family to wear when they got home while it was drying and said to call him back if anything didn't look right once it dried. He just cleaned my carpets this morning, but so far so good! I highly recommend Christopher

Wow! That's all I got to say. Christopher saved our brand new white wool area rug. He is truly the carpet cleaning master. Fantastic knowledge of the chemistry and right treatments for the rug and a super personable guy. Showed up right on time too. Our brown, badly stained spot came out absolutely perfect. I'm so glad I called these guys and impressed they sent the right person to do the job. For sure will use them again.
