Although a majority of our re-roofing projects are traditional asphalt shingles, we perform about 15% of our projects using specialty products such as composite shake/slate, cedar shakes, stone-coated steel, vertical metal and quarried slate.

I can't say enough positive things about Cap City Restoration! Will and Mike were a pleasure to work with, I got a quote quickly, and they were very responsive when I had questions. The roof and gutters look fantastic. They cleaned up so thoroughly that you would never know they had done work in the area. They also came out to take a look at a leak (that turned out to be related to work we had done inside the house since the roof install) several months after install and they fixed it for me anyway, even though it was not their fault in anyway. Cap City inspected my roof for wind damage and worked with my insurance company in alerting them to the extent of the damage and on my roof. This resulted in a very fair settlement with my insurance company. They arrived as scheduled, removed all the shingles on the roof and replaced them with a higher quality architectural shingle. The cleanup was thorough - I found no loose nails in my yard! All my dealings with them were professional and courteous and their genuine aim was to make sure I was pleased with their work. I highly recommend them.

Workers were on-time, professional and thorough and they came on the date promised. Will, the field supervisor, explained the work to be done and answered all my questions. The roofers laid tarps over my porch and garden that caught the debris and nails from the old roof so my yard was in great condition when the job was completed. We could not be more happy with the work of Cap City Restoration!! From the day that we called Mike was great! Very honest, knowledgeable, professional and always on top of things. He is very reasonable with pricing, he was actually quite a bit lower than others we had called. Mike worked with our insurance for our roof to be totally replaced from damage that had occurred. He handled it from start to finish. No stress for us! He and John are very friendly, just like the guy next door! The installers were very hard working. They worked late to get the job done. Terry Wright of Cap City Restoration was very professional offering help and suggestions throughout our roof replacement. He took photos before, during, and after the project was completed keeping us informed of the progress of the work. His crew was experienced and workmanship was excellent. The clean up was also excellent. We had both a traditional roof replaced as well as a flat roof over our back porch. They also worked on our chimney which had several bricks which had fallen and replaced the flashing. I would certainly use this company again. They are five stars. Their pricing was fair and
