We have not had very good performance for the AC unit installed. They have come out repeatedly to work on it. We liked our old one but decided to replace all three (furnace, water heater, and AC unit at the same time). We may be an anomoly and maybe it's the house, but I would not ethusiastically recommend this company (posted 1.75 years after installation after continued frustrations)

If you are looking for someone to fix your air conditioning, look no further than Ajax. J.C and his crew (J.C., George and Mark) are amazing! My A/C went out on the hottest day of the year and they came through for me quick. They provided the necessary repairs for my air conditioning at a reasonable price. They will not try to rip you off.... I promise you! I am a member of the board here at my condominium and work with plenty of vendors, this company was very professional and guarantee their work. I will completely use them again for any future repairs for my building🤗👍

This company replaced 3 boilers in our apartment building in Brookfield. They were honest, prices were competitive, got on the job quickly, and didn't leave until the work was done. This was very important especially since the boilers were replaced just before winter. I recommend Ajax to anyone who needs this type of work done.

My heating went out and they sent a repairman out immediately and he detected an error that the previous company had caused. He contacted the company himself to explain the problem and to have them come back and to repair the damage. He did an amazing service. I would recommend this company to all of my family and friends, Bill and J.C. make sure they customers are well taken care of and make the customer their number one priority. Excellent Service!!!!

JC was a life savior! I had issues with my furnace and contacted a company I had a maintenance warranty with through nicor to come check out what was going on. I was told I needed a diagnostic check and would be charge $82 but I'd repairs are needed then it would go towards the repairs. I had them come out the lady told me I needed an inducer motor replaced.
My furnace is still under warranty so that part shouldn't have been an issue to obtain. I was wrong this individual made my life a living hell. When I called to see if they were able to get the part he told me Abel distributor was

My air conditioner was on its last leg. I called and met Randy. He is a great guy. He was really easy to talk to and has a heart of gold. He and his crew got right to work. It did not take all day and the new unit was up and running in no time. Everyone was was friendly and very professional. It was a really great experience. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs their services.

Wonderful workers, knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. I contracted for installation with Amazon when I bought a new kitchen faucet on the Amazon website. The new faucet was in and working within the hour. Ron and his son Ron Jr. arrived on time, installed the faucet and made sure it was in working, leak-free order before they left. I am so tired of worthless, untrained, uninterested workmen. Not so with Ajax. They are intent on doing a good job and making sure the customer is happy. I would use them again and again without hesitation

They came out and said we needed a new furnace. It would be 3800 but they would generously discount to 3600 (he claimed his manager yelled at him for even that much). It was about 1 pm and was told it would be done before 5pm. They call at 715pm and say they can't do it anymore! (It's 40 degrees in my house for over a day at this point)
Long story short I had another company come out and all that was wrong was a loose wire. Fixed for 140 when I was going to spend 3600! CROOKS!! HE PROBABLY LOOSENED THE WIRE WHEN I WENT UPSTAIRS! (He claims he was the supervisor too). HORRIBLE COMPANY

I spoke to JC late Thursday night after a tenant had called me that the heat was out. They sent someone out immediately, however the service guy had no ignitor available so my tenants slept through the night in the cold. I was disappointed in the technician as from my perspective he was not up to par. I called JC and shared my sentiment, he looked into it a bit further and after, based on his assessment of the situation, he did not charge me for the service call. If you want to work with an HONEST heating company, I highly recommend working with JC.

Ajax is wonderful. Their prices are good. But the service is even better. The company is highly responsive and reliable. I called them on a Sunday when my A/C went out. They then called me back right away. We got an appt scheduled for Monday and the A/C was ordered and replaced within a few days.
Also I bought a new thermostat and had trouble installing it. I called Ajax and they were over the next day to install it for me.
I am 110% satisfied by their service and pricing.
Bill was the gentleman who did the work. He is a great guy.

My ac went out during at the beginning of our summer's hottest heat wave yet. These guys came out right away! Everything went so smoothly!! They worked around my schedule and were very courteous and professional. I don't have the standard size furnace so it took an extra day or so to get the right sized unit that would fit the space.The team definitely knew what they were doing and kept me informed throughout the entire project. They showed great teamwork and communication with each other and me as well. Ajax was very reasonably priced. They even called me a few days later to check in

When the heat went up I tried to fire on my Window unit AC to find out it was blowing out hot air!
I called around to a few different HVAC businesses and ended up talking to John at Ajax. Based on his straightforward and honest demeanor I decided to make the trip from the city to bring my AC unit to Justice.
John was very good with communicating and completed the work ahead of schedule, luckily providing me with a working unit for the holiday weekend.
I started using my AC again this evening and it's blowing out freezing cold air. I would highly recommend this business.
