JML Landscaping feels that the your outdoor spaces should not only be the extension of your living area but be unique and functional as well as be a reflection of your lifestyle. Making a Contact - Customers contact JML Landscaping through local advertising, referrals, or website interaction. When a contact is made, a short questionnaire will be forwarded to the customer.
Not only is JML Landscaping installing your landscape, but we want to maintain it for years to come. We have been maintaining both residential and commercial properties at the highest level for almost 30 years. We work with Homeowner Associations, Condos, Town Homes, Office Parks, Municipalities, Commercial Properties, Residences and Estates.
The landscape installation is often described as the "softscape" of the project - Incorporating all the discussions with the customer, planning and paper, and selecting of plant material that has taken place. We encourage the customer to accompany a representative of JML to the nursery and help select the exact plant that is being used.
There are various materials that JML works with - whether it is manufactured / natural stone or pressure treated lumber / composite deck materials / reinforced PVC lumber. Repair and maintaining your hardscape will keep your outdoor areas looking new all the time. We offer Hardscape Rehabilitation programs to rejuvenate patios, walkways and walls.

JML Landscaping cares for the Montgomery Woods community. I don't know if your team knew I'm a Nurse (essential employee) or not, but they've been a huge help during this Co-VID pandemic!
Normally I clear the weeds, and care for the flower patches in front of my home. However, I haven't been able to keep up this Spring. A few weeks ago I noticed a ton of weeds throughout my entire walkway. I sprayed them w/ weed killer, hoping I could pull them out a few days later. No such luck with my work hrs., along with breaking my shoulder.
About a week later, I came home to not only find all the weeds

I have been using JML for several years for simple projects like bed cleanups and also for more involved tree removals and replacements. They do an incredibly nice job finishing off the details, working neatly and collaboratively on every project.
I also love the ease of working with them for landscape, lighting, and irrigation needs all at once. They will repair and replace landscape lighting, along with underground sprinklers without the need to consult more than one company.

I called because I wanted to clean up my yard for the new owners before I moved, so I called JML because they are right up the street from me. The receptionist was very friendly. At the time they weren't accepting any new cleanup appointments, but she said she would double check with the owners and get back to me. I thought for sure that was the last I'd ever hear from them, but good to her word, she called me back. Unfortunately, there was no way they could squeeze me in to their packed schedule, so I had to look elsewhere. This is also why they are receiving only four stars, five wouldn

I called to have someone provide an estimate on work done on my property. Receptionist took information down and said someone would call me back. After 1 week of no call.
I called another landscaper. They were very helpful and came out the next day and provided an estimate. That landscaper was honest and said he was backed up w/ work but would schedule my work shortly (he did it 1.5 weeks later).
JML called back to follow up after 3 WEEKS. I politely told them that they took to long and I already got the job completed. I was rushed off the phone and hung up on.
STAY AWAY FROM THEM

We contacted about 4 landscaping companies to redo our walkway and front landscaping. One never answered my questions, one never provided a quote, one made excuse after excuse, but JML detailed the entire design. Every plant was identified, the paver and border stones were calculated correctly, and each phase planned efficiently. When on the job, the team was completely professional. They showed up on time, and did not add any additional bogus charges. The end result was fantastic. My experience was nothing but professional. I highly recommend JML.

JML did a landscape job for my parents last fall. From the start they were professional and a first class operation. The owner himself came out to provide the estimate and was involved right through the end of the project. Our family could not be happier with the new landscape, beautiful slate sidewalk and 20ft tall dogwood they installed. Thank you John and all of your team at JML Landscaping.
