Had a 6 month lease stayed 11 months with this people in apartment complex in Pauls Valley Oklahoma had plumbing issues had to pay for my own plumber called them never got the situation fixed try to call 3 weeks prior to moving out to give a notice nobody would answer me finally got a call back a week before i left let them know situation

These people refuse to mow a lawn in our subdivision. It is almost waist high and it is right at the entry to our neighborhood. It is sad that they dont care about the people that own homes around them, and it is sad that they dont require their tenants to take care of the property. Additionally, the tenants have a beater Cadillac sitting in the drive way that never moves. We dont live in Oak Tree, but we dont live in the hood either. Clean up your property please!!!

I'm not sure about these negative reviews. I have personally rented from Onpoint for years and find them to be very responsive and professional when I call them. Those of you complaining about your deposit not being returned need to remember if you fill out any problems on your move in sheet then you shouldn't be charged out of your deposit. Otherwise, it looks as if the damage is from you. Move in inspection sheets are very important if you want to ensure getting your deposit back. Otherwise you own the damage after move in and will be charged for it.

I'm surprised by the reviews..We have been renting from them for 6 months now. In our time here they have not bothered us about anything..sometimes I forget I'm renting. They have responded quickly to anything we have emailed them about. My husband and myself have talked to employees or the owner's of the company and they have been super nice every single time. Don't let a few bad reviews hold you back :)

This is by far the worst rental company out there. I just don’t understand how they are still in business. They basically robbed us of our deposit money ($600) for bogus reasons. They came up with some ridiculous excuses to not return us our deposit. We were planning on putting that money towards our Christmas presents and now we got nothing. Please save yourself from future headaches and stay as far away as possible from this company! They are greedy and could care else about customer service.
