I can’t comment on the work they done. They have not started. I can comment on the poor communication they provide. I signed contract and paid deposit back on June 19. Last communications I had was 3 weeks ago waiting on them to get plans approved and submitted for permit. Before I signed and agree to pay them I ask how long. They said the… permit is taking 2-3 weeks. Should have a schedule by August. Well we are in the middle of August and the city doesn’t have record of a permit being requested. I picked this company because they are supposed to be great according to the reviews

I attended a few events at treeline over the past few years and they appeared to be an honest , customer service driven company. Regretfully I suggested them to a friend who had both a deck project and a bathroom remodel. The work was poor quality, no attention to detail and worst of all no response to customers issues. I would not recommend them.

This is the worst construction company I've ever hired. They are quick to get your money, but don't follow the contract you sign, don't do work in a timely matter at all, and definitely do not do work to your satisfaction, or do what they say they are going to do. I would not recommend them to anyone. Totally unhappy with this company and passing the word. Also, as of winter 2019 the roofing leaks, a total waste of lots of money!

Please dismiss the weird reviews from ignorant people. This company has built its reputation on providing impeccable customer service, suppying quality materials, hiring prompt and courteous workers, and delivering superior results. Treeline Construction has completed two projects for me, both have been top notch in quality with customer service that is unparallelled. I highly recommend Treeline Construstion for decking or remodeling projects.

Called more than once and emailed to get an estimate for a new deck. Finally got a call back to set up an appointment for an estimate. Day of appointment they never showed up. About a week later got an email, no apology or anything, just said we missed the appointment (my wife was home all day waiting for them) and would you like to set up another. Their construction service may be good, but unfortunately getting through their admin and getting them to actually show up is rough.

I HAD SIX PILINGS PUT IN AT MY CABIN THREE WERE IN THE YARD AND THREE 3FT OUT IN THE WATER WAS DONE IN THE SUMMER BUY THE FOLLOWING SPRING ALL HAD JACKED SOME WERE HIGH SOME SUNK. I CALL TREELINE TO TELL THEM ABOUT THE PROBLEM AND THEY SAID THEY DONT GUARANTEE PILES FROM HEAVING THIS IS WHY I HIRED THEM. THEY SAID THEY COULD COME OUT AND PUT HELICAL PILES FOR $2800 MORE I ALL READY PAID THEM $3000 THE FIRST TIME. I DON'T KNOW WHAY THEY DIDN'T DO THIS THE FIRST TIME AND THIS WOULDN'T BE A PROBLEM. I had high hopes this company would come through for me on my deck expansion project but for some reason they really dropped the ball. The estimator did come to look at the project and to drop off some brochures about decks. Then I was told "We're running about a two week timeline on estimates during this busy season". I had other companies come for estimates, in the meanwhile, and they all were able to look at the project and give me an estimate within 1-4 days. I waited on Treeline for the full two weeks and did not receive an estimate. So I went with a different company. I sent

They are just the absolute best! I contacted them to give my kitchen and bathroom a makeover and they responded back in a timely matter. The process wasn't as slow as other companies I have heard of. They came to see my bathroom and kitchen first and gave me an estimate of the prices. They aren't overpriced for their services at all. When they remodeled my bathroom and kitchen I couldn't believe it was the same room. They did such a wonderful job and their very professional with their work. I hope to work again with them in the future!

Treeline came out to my grandmothers house and rebuilt her front deck. It looks great. Very clean, but it's the extra step they went for my grandma that I'll never forget. During the building process my grandfather passed away. Treeline bought my grandma flowers and a nice note. The customer service provided is something lost in today's world. Thank you for everything Treeline. We sincerely appreciate it.

The finished product is nice, but the amount of time it takes to complete a job is very long. They don't give a lot of information on how long to expect the job to take or updates on the progress. The job site is very messy, while removing the old decks they only get them out of the way and leave them in piles. There is also a lot of missed things like old nails and screws all over the place. There are little pieces from the old deck being taken apart left around. If you hire them don't expect a deck back anytime soon.

I can't say enough wonderful things about my experience with Treeline! The entire team, from the sales staff to the field crew, were amazing! Respectful of my early work schedule, delicate with my sensitive landscaping, and completely worth every penny spent! I only wish I had another house that needed a deck so I could have Treeline build me another deck! You have a life-long fan in me and my entire family!
