Had a technician do a diagnostic inspection on a furnace that quit working. Got to admit they were on time as promised, but from there things went down hill. The technician said he was not sure what was wrong,(with the current diagnostic tools they should be able to pin point the issue) but I would need to replace many parts with 3 options starting at $780 $1700 and $3500-7500 for a new system. Then I was told the parts that I might need are available now but because of the supply chain issue I might not be able to get them later(keep in mind we still do not know exactly what the issue is. This company is incredibly dishonest. I ask you Bill why you feel the need to be dishonest in your response to the negative review you received. Your "technician" Micah told me it would be a 15 minute pop into his car to get some numbers and ended up being in my driveway for 45 MINUTES without any updates. He stated he doesn't know exactly what's wrong and threw numbers around from $700 to $7500. I also would like to know why you boast that you answered my call personally at 1:30 in the morning as if that isn't the standard of your company, a 24 HOUR business to make their customers a priority

Every team member, from the owners Bill and Josette, to Keith in service, Alex (former technician) in sales, and Mike and his install team, were incredibly kind, thorough, helpful, professional, and timely. Within the same day as our call, Patriot was able to secure the parts we believe we needed for our inherited 16 year old system, and completed a service call to confirm the diagnosis. Ultimately, we chose to replace our system, and Patriot installed all equipment the next day. We appreciated the efforts by the entire team to rearrange their schedules in order to tend to our need. When I had my regular yearly service on the furnace for the upcoming winter, I found that my water heater had started leaking and was no longer working properly. Tim was able to get the Patriot team scheduled and out the next day to replace my water heater. Tim did a fantastic job getting the regular service done but also got the water heater all disconnected and ready for replacement. Faith, Mike and Sam came in and got us all set up with the new tank with no mess. I am very glad to have found Patriot heating and Cooling and would highly recommend them to anyone. They are also a great company

I receive regular HVAC inspection and cleaning service from Patriot. And I'm always pleased.
Monday, I was having hot water issues, Patriot quickly came over assess the issue and on Tuesday I had a new water heater installed and the team was quick and took great care of me.
I appreciate their fast, friendly reliable service and that they are a locally owned business.

This company excelled in every possible way. All the employees were professional, kind, and informative. They got me set up super quick with a new AC unit within juat a few days after my old one crashed. They were also super accommodating with my tight schedule to get the new unit set up before I had company over on the weekend. After being taken advantage of with maintenance repair costs by a different business it is very refreshing to have an honest company to rely on. Great company! Started using Patriot 2 years ago for regular maintenance. Our A/C units were very old and not worth repairing anymore. There was no sales pressure, just up front pricing and information. Had the A/C units replaced and the installers did an excellent job! I Highly recommend Patriot and will be continuing to use them in the future.
