Called John to check my leaky tile roof. He came out that same day, inspected it and got a very reasonable quote! But even amazed that they came back the next day and fixed it! Super fast, very friendly and John was very informative! Thank you guys so much. Right before the heavy rains! Highly recommend! 5 stars ⭐!

I had no idea it would be so tough to get a roofing company to come out and give an estimate, let alone follow-up and actually schedule the work. These companies seem to be very busy with complete roof jobs and have no time or interest in repairs. The common responses include: they are too busy, they are out six months, they never call back, or if you do get an estimate they never return.
After weeks of calling roofing companies and getting one estimate (company never came back or called) I found JL Roofing Company. I spoke to the owner, and he said someone would call me back to setup an estimate

I give JL Roofing 5 star, because not only did they do a great job on the replacement of our roof, but they had great customer service. Being that we didn't know what to expect in having to change our roof, we had many questions, and JL was very professional and made us feel comfortable in choosing them to replace our roof. Thank you John, Rose, Jesse and the crew for an awesome job of installing a new roof on my home. I am very pleased with the shingle colors of Copper Canyon by GAF. I made an apt for John to come out! He was a no call no show! So I called him again to see what had happened? Returned call.... had no clue he had made an apt with me and to top it off..... when I reminded him.... not once did he apologize!!! No respect or consideration for ones time!! I know it's a busy time but integrity is a must for me!!!

I'm writing this review based on customer service. We contacted this company because we sincerely want to get our roof done on a home we purchased. During the time in escrow we called for an estimate, and we are grateful they were able to come that same afternoon we contacted them especially that they had excellent reviews on yelp. These guys are great! I live in Temecula, CA, a distance from Chino. They gave me a bid because they were in the neighborhood. I contacted them to fix the leaks in my roof after I got their bid. There bid was lower than the other roofer I had contacted. Within a couple of days after contacting them, they came out to fix the roof. They showed up on time and were able to quickly and professionally fix it. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards, too. All in all, it was a great experience. Thank you JL Roofing.

My experience was fast and convenient. I called Friday morning, the estimator came out to review the problem on Friday afternoon. The repair was complete on Saturday morning. The invoice/payment was handled electronically. The team showed great depth and experience through our interaction, would be happy to use JL Roofing again in the future!

JL Roofing came to my residence to assess some broken tiles on my roof, caused by a brick that had fallen from my chimney.
While up on the roof, Jesse the roofing specialist, also inspected for other cracked and loose tiles.

I recently got my roof re-done. I must say Jl roofing made its so easy to do. They got the work done in 2 days. Their crew was extremely professional and fast. They did a great job cleaning up the site (not a nail in site). They took me through the process so I knew exactly what to expect. We discovered a roof leak with the recent rain storms in Chino Hills. We contacted JL Roofing, John came to our house within a day. He was able to diagnosis the problem immediately. He gave us a very fair price for the repair and scheduled us to get the repair work done before the next storm. Rose returned all our phone calls and emails ASAP (even after business hours)Jesse and the crew were great. A friend referred JL. John came out on time. I explained I was looking for a whole roof tear-down which consisted of 3 layers of roof from past owner and patio repair. Which was replacing post, ship lap & dry rot. John gave me an estimate he explained the material that was going to be used, the cost and my options.
I can honestly say John came through for me when I was having appraisal issues before I could get funded due to the roof not passing. He came out the next day to do the necessary repairs to get it passed. I know I drove him crazy! :)

I can't say enough good things about these guys! I learned about this company from my neighbor who hired them to fix a leak. She was happy with them since they found the leak that three other contractors failed to locate so I got the number and made an appointment for an estimate. When I met with John, the owner, he was on time for our appointment and very pleasant. It took him about 20 minutes to take the measurments for my roof as I needed to do a full roof replacement. John was called to give an estimate on what I thought was a leaking roof. John spent almost two hours water testing the roof to locate the leak. He finally found the leak was happening around a window and not the roof. He told me to forget the roof repair for now and have the window fixed first. If the leak was still there to call him back. He refused to charge for his time.
It was refreshing that he was honest enough to let me know the real problem when he could have easily sold me on a job not needed. If I have any roofing problems in the future, John will be my call.
