Wellman Construction is a family owned business operated by Rob and Cheryl Wellman providing single family homeowners located in Bonita Springs, Naples and Estero with their remodeling services. Rob has been in the construction business for almost 30 years and has experience in both commercial and residential construction.

In 2013 there were some changes in construction law that required some residential construction to have a contractor with a FL General Contractors License to qualify for certain types of permitting for residential property. Therefore, in order to fully service all our residential customers, in 2014 Wellman Construction obtained a FL General Contractors license and created a commercial company called, North Star Construction.
