Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
This guy is a crook. Avoid at all cost. Took advantage of people after the hurricane. Had recipes of what everything cost plus labor and everything and this guy found out I was selling my house put a lean on it so I couldn't sell then wanted thousands of dollars more. Avoid at all costs.
