They were unable to fix the problem, but in all fairness, it was a little out of the box. We are having problems with a seat riser for the handicapped. I do feel like he tried what he could without damaging the toilet. He did offer a possible solution for a shield from Home Depot, so we'll try that.

Amazing service and really saved me in a pinch! My kitchen sink was super clogged and backed up and my friend couldn’t fix it so I called them in a pinch on a Sat, after hours. They were nice enough to come out to help me, and not make me wait until the morning. Eddie diagnosed the problem and went to work, fixing it and also stayed around to make sure my disposal was working properly and wasn’t getting backed up again. Lifesaver. Spot on communication with them from the beginning to the end, and also amazing price. I highly recommend them!!!!
