They did a repair on a house on my street and left all of their trash in the yard. I called to let them know and was told they would come to clean it up. they did not. There were nails, strips of asphalt, plastic, paint chips, wood, and more all over the yard. The wind blew much of the trash into neighboring yards. Businesses should not treat our yards as their trashcans.
