Tom was here today at my request to search for a leak he ultimately did not find. (Prepping house for renters and this was recommended by foundation experts) The Process was explained to me before hand and I was updated after service was performed. I was told pricing upfront no surprises. I appreciate the respect Tom Jackson and the company showed me.
