Leon & Gavin were always professional & friendly. Both kept me updated throughout the ordering process, so I wasn’t left hanging with no timeframe. The work was delayed because of the weather, however, Gavin kept in constant contact so that I knew exactly when to expect them. They worked in accordance with my insurance company & were also able to have some damaged screens replaced. When my neighbor had had her yard done, the company she’d used, left a huge mess in my yard...nails and all! My yard was completely picked up when Vintage was finished. They redid my bathroom and their service was great. They took the time to help us pick the flooring, which looks great! They walls were seamless and the painting was excellent, in 2 days!!

Vintage was recommended by my insurance company to do repairs from a water leak. The plumber had made multiple holes in the dry wall. The bottom cabinets had to be pulled out and part of top cabinets had to be taken down. Vintage was brought in to repair all of this. 1.when the cabinet was reinstalled the painter smeared caulk down the seam with his finger-didn’t even attempt to smooth it out then painted over it. 2. Paint all over the floor. The hinges of the cabinets have paint all over them. 3. I had to go back and re-edge the wall where he got the cabinet paint 1/4 inch onto the wall. 4.

They worked with my elderly father, respected me as they replaced his old roof in the worst Texas heat. They were tried and tested more than I can divulge, but their work ethic, patience, and endurance speak volumes. May Almighty God place HIS hand of protection over you. Many thanks, Lisa

Based on my insurance agent suggestion, I hired Leon on January 24th to do a very small roof job "tomorrow or Monday".
Then, I had to chase him by texts and emails. His subcontractor fixed the roof on February 3rd, at the end. Then, the report was received on February 6th.
The price was fair except for charging $28 for a single tile. IMO, excessive.

Vintage Reconstruction, Amazing Service! We discovered a leak in our ceiling in the laundry room. We called a plumber and he tracked it down to an upstairs pipe in the wall of the bathroom which was just a pinhole leak. The leak had been there a while according to the plumber.
We called our insurance company and they were here the next day. They got the ball rolling immediately and wrote a check. They then dispatched the mitigation crew from Vintage Reconstruction and they put all kinds of drying fans in the downstairs and upstairs to dry the walls and carpet padding. They were able to spare replacing

Vintage is a company that comes through. Our office suffered water damage and even though things took longer than we anticipated, the end result was solid. The workmanship is high quality and the teams of reconstruction experts, plumbers, painters, flooring and countertop installers were all professional. Everyone who entered our office was respectful, quiet as possible, and addressed every need to our complete satisfaction. A big thank you to Ryan for keeping on top of things. Ryan not only coordinated every team but was right in there working along side of them and always with a great attitude

I have known Leon and Darcee Grivel, owners of Vintage Reconstruction for several years. I have referred several people with Water Damage, Roof Damage and Fire Damage to Vintage. My sisters house was flooded from overflow toilet upstairs. Her home was ruined. It happened on a Friday later afternoon when everything of course is closed. After we luckily reached our agent he referred us to Vintage. Leon called right away and set us as ease. He came over immediately and assured us he would handle everything and it would be OK. I had a water leak at in an attic above one of my bedrooms. After contacting my insurance company, I found out that my deductible was too high to cover needed work. Since Vintage was highly recommended by a colleague, I called them. Leon responded quickly, came over and gave me an estimate. His crew was able to start the next day. I was grateful that at the end of each day, the workers cleaned up whatever mess they made. They were always polite, and checked with me before starting work each day. Very nice people who do good work, but their follow up is atrocious. They are kind and patient while they are doing your estimate, but it's essentially out of sight out of mind with them.

Their first estimate was almost $1000 over what the insurance company gave us for our damage, and they promised to speak with the insurance company because they felt that we were cheated by them. They assured us it was taken care of, and asked for half of the estimate to start work. I told them I'd be happy to, once they readjusted their estimate to fit what we had been given by insurance.
