We used this company for Landscaping and irrigation services. Maggie and Anthony great to work with. We were very indecisive about the work we wanted completed but they were very patient and came by our home in person many times to discuss the project and give us ideas with multiple detailed quotes. They were responsive, on time, clean and the quality of work was excellent. We had our fair share of bad contractors so this by far was our best experience yet.

Emailed the company and received confirmation from "Maggie" the sales manager that "Anthony" would come to our home to provide consultation/free estimate for landscaping services. On the day of the appointment, no one showed up. No one called. I followed up via email to the sales manager, and no one responded. Try another business.

Very disappointed in their lack of professionalism. Despite numerous calls and promises from them, they never showed up when scheduled or returned calls. I called another service in town and had no problem. Not worth the effort. They missed out on many potential projects and future referrals. Don’t bother wasting your time.

The team from Exteriorscape created an elegant, beautiful walkway for my home. The team worked hard and completed the job in one day. I would definitely use this company again for any outside landscaping. Highly recommended!

Very quick to respond to the initial request for a quote but that's all they have been quick to do. Told us they would be by same day and send a quote to me. I had scheduled a 9am appointment on Saturday so we could discuss in person what we wanted done. 2 days pass and no quote, I e-mail for an update and get no response. Finally, on Thursday. I call and get an answering service. I explain what we are waiting for and they relay the message. 4 hrs later I call again, this time I get someone from the company, I think, and tell them I have not received a quote. I was promised the quote by Friday

We signed a contract with this company and they just disappeared. They stopped answering their phone, stopped responding to e-mails i sent on their website and stopped answering my e-mails sent directly to our contact for them. They abandoned us literally in the middle of winter! leaving our property without snow removal with no warning whatsoever! they just stopped responding. I give them ZERO stars because i have never encountered such unprofessional , irresponsible and just terrible service in my entire career ! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I AM TELLING YOU NOW DO NOT USE THEM! NO ONE USE THEM!

Full service company, highly talented and incredibly professional. Would recommend and certainly use again! My husband and I had a ton of work done from our driveway paved, retaining wall fixed, drainage piping added, removal and replacement of outdoor walls and walkways, new front yard landscaping added (grass, bushes, flowers) and our front yard land was leveled. Extremely pleased with the outcome and impeccable customer service from start to finish of the project. Detail oriented and organized crew, and completed the project on time. Even our neighbors were very impressed. Thanks!

I tried to do a job with this company as I read good things.
To be honest I cant talk for their work on site, as due to the non following up I couldn't proceed to used themas I wanted to for my job.
The process of scheduling an appointment for the quote was a nightmare.
After finally having the appointment, they provided an estimate. When trying to adjust to what I could do , they disappeared and NEVER heard back from them (tried to email several times, yelp messages, even calling leaving a woman a note to follow up and also calling to check!)
Its a pity as the person that came to measure

They do amazing work! My Patio is 20ft diameter with a walkway all the way around the house all brick. Still holding strong to spite several epically cold winters and being on a slopped yard.
Since then they've done my driveway, irrigation, more loam and seed. They re-seeded after a heavy rain storm just because.
He's also done my brother and in-laws walkway all great work.

Of all the landscaping and exterior service companies in and around the Milton area, Exteriorscape Services is by far the most professional, reliable and affordable. The staff and owner in particular treat customers with the upmost respect and the finished product stands alone. I highly recommend contacting Exteriorscape if you are in the need of a driveway, masonry, snow removal or landscaping services.

I would not recommend hiring this company. I ordered 12 trees to be planted 2 of which died in 3 months. The company warranties the trees for 4 months. We called well within the time period to ask for replacement trees but the company blew us off and ignored our pleas. The owner Anthony is rude and intimidating to women. The company's customer service is awful. I am taking them to court to regain the cost of replacing the dead trees. I would recommend Malloy Landscaping, they are our new landscaping company, stay away from Exteriorscape!
