This was our first time working with this company, and Tony was absolutely great!! He was very flexible with timing as he came by twice in one week, while working around my schedule. We had a unique installation of 3 units for our historic home and carriage house. The equipment is not the usual set up. Sales leader Mark Cooke and installation manager Mike came out to look the project over and walk through any trouble spots. Their two man crew John and Devin had to come out a couple of times because of the size of the project but they finished with everything nice and tight and looking better then they found it. This was the second time we've had Amazing update a system. We have had a total of 4 complete systems installed in 2 homes and we will call them again when we update

I so not recommend, I called amazing heating and spoke to a rep that was very nice and friendly with helping me set up a date for an estimat on hvac installation along with duct work. They told me a certain day but disnt give me.an exact time so i asked the. To give me atleast a 30-45 minute advance call and they rep said our tech will. When it came to the meet time, the sales guy (gregory) called said he will.be there in 10 minutes stated i asked for a 30 min advance call he got rude and said well i can give you 15 mins or it is what it is basically saying he will cancel and and not come out

Well, from the Yelp reviews, it seems you either love or completely dislike Amazing -- there is no middle ground. I guess I now know why.
Amazing came highly recommended by my next door neighbor who had a new heating and cooling system installed in their home last summer. They could not say enough good things about them.
I called last week for a winter checkup on my heating unit and was given a lot of options for service. What I thought we had settled on was that someone would come out and assess my unit to see if there was anything wrong with it for a $99 service fee. If there were repairs

It was such a pleasure to work with this company. We needed them to perform change outs and make some repairs for my company's business location in Baltimore, and they were phenomenal! Always amazing service!! They are honest, professional, and reliable! I have used them for years and will refer them over and over again! I have used them for installs and service! I even referred them to my parents to do an install! My heat stopped working today when it was 20 degrees outside. They walked me through what to do to make sure my emergency heat was on to keep my family warm. They were at my house in a few hours!!

If I could give below one star, I would. Two guys came to the house and repaired our capacitor, which is a $6 part that we paid $396 for. While there, they took measurements and gave an elaborate estimate on what they thought we needed to do with our air ducts to correct our air flow issue. After approximately 30+ minutes of taking measurements, they said we would get an emailed quote.
After a week of not hearing anything, I called. They told me that the two guys that came were not qualified to give us the quote, and they had to send someone else to take new measurements.

These guys charged $99 to come out and assess the situation at my home. The $99 was supposed to be credited towards any repairs or installation deemed necessary. The problem was a lack of air being circulated to the third story of my row house. I received two estimates from the technician, one around $20k to replace the old/leaky ducts in my home, and the other for around $5k-6k for a Mini Split system.
The technician said they would call me to schedule an installation day for the 'cheaper' of the two options. The call never came. I called a week later, and the receptionist again stated

Service in the past - decent. Service Plans - inventive. Customer Service representative on phone - VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND BAD ATTITUDE. Representative overtalked, cut me off, and demanded that I say over the phone "I APPROVE THESE CHARGES". Very wild experience. Hostile attitude. I did talk with Marc, service manager, who was very polite and polished but the server rep, who's name I'm not going to provide - she was very rude to me. I chose Amazing HVAC after doing research on line - if you want to be taken advantage of and go broke, go for it. The gentleman who provided the service was very good, but the people who manage the company clearly told me on the phone the following: 1) if the problem with the AC was related to their last repair, there would be no "diagnostic fee" ($99); 2) if the problem was seomething new, there would be a diagnostic fee plus whatever the repairs cost. They never told me option 3 - which they then made me pay - that $99 was a diagnostic fee even if nothing is wrong.

I chose Amazing Hvac after doing a bit of research through neighborhood associations FB pages (many people on the south Baltimore neighborhood association FB page highly recommended Amazing HVac.) I liked that they were also located in SoBo. The technician, Chris, was polite and helpful in explaining exactly what needed to be fixed on our heater (a sensor.) he was here for about an hour making sure everything was fixed once he was finished. I would use them again - I even bought their yearly membership to receive a 15% discount on work and 2 service visits through the year. Thanks again!

We were having some trouble with the A/C in our house last Friday afternoon... the air vents were blowing air, but it wasn't cold. It looked like the condenser wasn't spinning up at all. After enduring a warm, humid night in the house, we called around the next day and finally found the listing for Amazing on Yelp. Our heat pump broke on one of the coldest nights of the year. We didn't notice it until 7pm. I called Amazing and asked for a appointment the next morning and a technician (Jeremy) came out on time.
They told me over the phone that the technician will diagnose the problem and give me a written report and cost BEFORE they do anything. If I didn't want to do it, I just pay $99 for them to come out, if I did want the work done, the $99 is waived.
My plan was to see the problem/estimate and call my step dad who is an HVAC person but lives far away to see if it was legit/fair pricing

I called Amazing to check out my heat pump system because it wasn't keeping up with the cooling when it was extremely hot out (above 90-degrees or so). The tech came in check the system and told me that my thermal expansion valve was shot and it would cost me over $2000 dollars and I really should just replace the system. He also told me that the installation was extremely shoddy, which I think is actually true. Finally, he told me that I have a slow refrigerant leak and that my refrigerant is low.
