Thous guys are great! They did a great job on my old houses roof with stuck on 2 layers 50 years old shingles, only took them two days to finish - they replaced all vent flashing, installed all underpayments, custom colored trim at no additional cost. My roof was also special order and looks awesome in entire neighborhood. I literally improved my house value over 10K for no extra cost. Also they are very affordable and worked with me with payment schedule. They started with zero payment before starting work, which is very hard to find nowadays. I called Gem city for a quote because I heard some good thing about them. a week later they came out and did the inspection. it has been a week since they were at my house, still no quote, I have sent and email and left a phone message. They have not responded and they do not ever answer the phone. If this how the they treat a prospective customer, how do they treat you once they have your money?
