Melissa scheduled my routine maintenance. Saul came out and found an issue that could have caused a fire or carbon monoxide poisoning and he repaired it. I have been using Forney Air for many years now, and have always been happy with customer service and repairs. Everyone is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Saul with Forney Air went above and beyond my expectations. If your looking for AC work Forney Air is the company to call! They were prompt, effective, professional and informative. He provided accurate upfront cost estimates. Unlike the previous company I called Saul was actually able to “fix it in a flash”😉 without the bloated predatory pricing schemes. I called Forney Air because I noticed water was running out my exterior condensation line like someone had turned a faucet on! Chris was the technician who came to my rescue. He confirmed the problem and said he could repair it in 10 minutes. He was wrong - it took about 5 minutes. Chris was professional and competent. Great service - dependable - all the things your mom and dad taught you about CHARACTER - Richard is that guy. Now I need new duct work because for a long time, my garage allowed access to my attic and the creatures took up residence. Now we have that all fixed and we get to repair all the damage those lovely creatures did while having fun in my rafters. Who do I trust? It's been almost 3 years since they attempted to fix my AC. I waited this long, its only fair. I believe they either didn't know how to fix my unit, or they were pushing me to buy a new one. Call another company and had it going. I called forney air to request a refund for charging me for attempted repairs. They agreed to refund my money at first. Then called back saying they want to hook up the gauges and see it running, then I get the refund. I refused. I figured they may do something to the unit. So here we are my ac unit still running. I would be very careful!

We had finally got back from a friend’s home after this record-setting weather, rolling power outages to discover our power was finally back on 🙌🏼 but that our heater not working. 😞 After such a long, frustrating week...that was tough.
BUT Forney Air came through big time!!!
Someone came out only a few hours after call to diagnose. We needed a part they didn’t have local so Rep Chris drove all the way to Carrollton to get what was needed.
They were very responsive to update requests

I'll tell you what, I've had a lot of bad experiences during the summer with contractors over the summer but this morning, just this morning my heater went out. I called Forney Air at around 630am and Richard, was at my place no later than 730, diagnosing and fixing my unit. He showed me the bad part and explained what happens that causes it so I don't make the same mistake again. This guy is awesome! If you're not using Forney Air, you're using the wrong company.

Review Part 1. Let's begin at the beginning . I bought the house while stationed at Ft Hood and never had the time to address the air conditioning due to all of the deployments. There were 4 AC companies that gave me quotes. A1 Air not only was the highest of all the quotes but stated that all of the unnecessary work that they did quote was code and had to be performed such as installing a French drain , and when asked about an incentive from Oncor , the sales woman's stated quote ," Oncor has no money to give away for any incentives...HA HA." All of the companies gave quotes

One word....amazing. Called 5 AM on a Sunday morning and they were here before 8 AM. Had a clogged drain line they took care of quickly and affordably. The service technician was respectful, knowledgeable and professional. If I ever need my a/c system serviced I'm calling Forney Air. Im a customer for life!

A/C issues? You need to make one call ... to Richard at Forney Air. When you have A/C issues you want it fixed fast. Well you get that and more with Forney Air. They provide fast, friendly, reasonable, and trustworthy service. Living in Texas with A/C issues is stressful - call Forney Air and let them take care of it for you. I called on a Tuesday (after 10pm) and they were at my house by 10am on Wednesday! Had me up and going within 30 minutes. The best part, no hard pressure sales like you get from all the others. Why would you call anyone else?

Very knowledgeable but beware of price gouging during the non peak season. We had a seemingly very simple install of a mini split unit inside our patio which basically only required mounting, running the copper and water lines down a wall and drilling a hole through an adjacent wall to the outside condenser. The starting price was $3000 based on the installers assessment of how it should be installed....after my husband suggested the much "less invasive" install; suddenly the price was lowered to $1500 (what a joke). The price suggests that they were installing a 5 ton condenser on top

I called around to a few different companies and Forney Air was the only one that could get here the same day and had reasonable rates. Richard was very helpful and understanding, and the crew was on time the next day when they came to replace the unit and worked hard all day so we could have cool air that night. It's too soon to tell but I believe we are going to be very happy with the new unit. I highly recommend Forney Air. They are professional and courteous

Richard with Forney Air was a life saver for us. Our new AC went out after 4 months. We called a AC company recommended and the guy left us without AC for 3 months in the summer while he said he ordered a new unit. After another call to him, he says "the part came in". He came out and got it running til he left. Charged us a lot of money and wouldn't come back out to fix it. We called Richard at Forney Air, and even thou we live in Little Elm, he agreed to come help us. He called Carrier, got the part and it's been running great ever since. These are knowledgeable, honest folks

We are the 2nd owners of the house and since we moved in we always felt that our HVAC system never was working 100% correctly especially during the winter months. We have had other companies (2) come out saying that everything worked just fine.

Recently had my entire HVAC unit replaced due to a leaking coil. I searched high and low for a company that I didn't feel was trying to take complete advantage of me and when I had almost given up I found Forney Air. They sold the best rated units I researched online (American Standard) and they did the job for a fair price. I haven't had the unit long enough to comment on needing to use any warranty, but as for staff, product and pricing, I would recommend this company.
