Services
Emergency Services if required are at $100.00 dollars per hour with a 2 hour minimum. Under these circumstances every effort will be made to eliminate the emergency situation and if required a full repair can be completed during regular working hours to help keep cost down. Most structural repairs and modifications are projects that should only be preformed by knowledgeable and skilled licensed contractors.
This project was the renovation and remodeling of a home built in 1900. In the pictures above you see the start of demolition on the before and in the after you can see the mahogany wainscotting and custom woodwork milled on site. The home owner was very exacting in what she wanted. The theme was a period library.
Now that spring has arrived it is a good time to look around you home and look for any damage from the past winter or damage from the high winds we had about three weeks ago. While on my way to look at work requested by home owners for estimates over the past few weeks I have noticed a lot of damage from those high winds we had.
The pictures above are of just two of the additions we have completed. Some others are on the "Before and After" page. One of our goals is to design and build additions that look like they belong there and if possible like they have been there all a long. I had Southern Charm Construction do a kitchen remodel for me and they did an excellent job! They completely renovated my kitchen from top to bottom.
