I had great service the first time i hired them so i bought the summer and winter service package, today a tech came to do the winter service and said " i needed a new motor, about $500.
I asked him how was that possible if I've been using my heater for the past few weeks with no problem and he said he didn't know but it wasn't working any more and the motor needed to be replaced. I had an issue with the thermostat I just installed and called in for same day Saturday service. Mallory was great on the phone and got me a tech in less then 3 hrs. Ardían was great! He troubleshot quickly and resolved a small wiring issue with my wiring on my roof top unit. Friendly, fast, professional and knowledgeable at a great price. We've owned our home in La Quinta for 18 months and have had four HVAC companies (2 were during the one year home warranty period) and Priority One was the first company that didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. These guys are the best. It's always so nice when you find someone you trust. We have been using them for a number of years now, both for AC and plumbing work. They are nice, dependable, and trustworthy.
We referred them to a neighbor who was told their HVAC unit needed to be replaced. Roy at Priority One came out and told them that the unit was getting old, but it could easily be repaired, rather than replaced. Saved them TONS of money and the unit is still functioning 3 year later.

So I called them over after my AC stopped blowing cold air and he took a look at it and it said it was low on refrigerant so he put some more in and we thought it was that come a year later same problem occurs so I call all seasons ac heating and plumbing repair the first thing they do Is wash the condenser (big blowy thing outside) and just mud comes out turns out the reason it wasn’t cooling was because it was choking and now my system is way over charged and I had to deal with 4 days of a 105 degree house now granted it was my fault because I didn’t know you have to clean it but still 2

After writing my last review I received the nicest reply from Roy. He sincerely apologized for dropping the ball, was committed to making me a satisfied Priority One customer.
I immediately had an appointment for today, received numerous confirmation texts. Furthermore Adrian called me 15 minutes prior to our appointment to discuss what he was going to do today with my swamp cooler.
Adrian was awesome. He looked at the situation with my broken swamp cooler/thermostat. Gave me a rundown on what was needed, an estimate as to what I was looking at. I told him it all sounds great, let&apos

My AC stopped working on Sunday. I called Priority One and got the answering service. Within a couple of minutes, I received a call back from Jhonatan who was on another job in Palm Springs. He estimated a time he could get to me and said he would call as soon as he was finished with that job. He called within about an hour and arrived shortly after. With the recent warm trend my AC controlling the bedrooms went out. In desperation I called every place to find a repair service ASAP. 2 companies set appointments, one of them no called no showed, the other cancelled on the day of the appointment. I called priority one and was told we will do everything to try our best to have a rep out there to see what we could do. Within 6 hours a rep had not only showed up but fixed the problem. Paid $440 for 3 lbs of refrigerant and a condenser wash back on 5/11/20. A month later, 6/16/20 the AC unit is freezing up again (original reason why I called out a service by this company to begin with). I had to provide a ladder for the service technician to get up in my attic, absolutely ridiculous. I call to see what they can do since it’s only been a month and having issues, the “manager”, Louis calls me back and quotes either $275 to do a leak test which will require more refrigerant at $125 per pound. Another A+ annual heater check up
Scott Johnson came over this morning for our yearly check up changed our filter and noticed our smoke Detector was missing
My husband took it down to replace the battery
And never got to put it back.
I told Scott about the running toilet in my sons room
It took him less than 5 min to fix it with new parts he had in his truck with no charge.
