I loved APR Roofing Solutions--they came early, finished quickly, cleaned up after. I hadn't had the roof pipe projections resealed and needed them done before the winter rainy season. I would definitely use this family owned business again. I talked with the owner, Andre-- he was very polite, very professional. We are fortunate to have them during difficult times!

When I bought my house 8 years ago I was told "this roof won't be good for much longer" by the man doing the appraisal. So, I've saved and saved preparing for the purchase of a new roof for years. Today APR Roofing (they came highly recommended from a friend) came out to provide me with an estimate and to look at the roof. I was not only told that I did not need a roof, but that I could probably get another 8 years out of the current roof. Andre went up on the roof and did an extensive check of the current roof. After getting a few quotes, my fiancé and I decided to go with APR roofing since they were the most affordable. This was the first time I ever had my roof replaced and I must say it was not a pleasant experience at all. The workers left their trash/work truck on the side of my house without asking me if they could. I couldn't even get to the side of my house to take my trash cans out for trash day. When I called Andre with the issue he was not polite or understanding. He seemed irritated of all things. He gave me and attitude and I was honestly blown away at his unprofessionalism. His workers

We had our wood shake roof replaced by APR. During the roof quote, Andre was very knowledgeable and professional. His crew did a fantastic job removing the old roof and keeping the area clean. There was barely a trace on the ground. The O'hagin vents and GAF Grand Sequoia roof came out beautiful. APR's crew is highly skilled and has an outstanding attention to detail.

Andre came out to the house as pigeons were nesting under some tiles . He fixed the issues and checked the rest of the roof. He saw some broken tiles and stated I might want to have those replaced and a tune up. The cost for him coming out to check and fix the tile ...a hand shake ! That's good business . On top of that he answered the phone and kept in contact . So many businesses out here do not call you back , very unprofessional. I will be using apr for the tune up.

They never did a follow up call to make an appt. I called for an estimate they called me and said they will call me the next day and come see my issue and they never called back to make that appointment they did not do a follow-up like they said they would. I felt like they left me hanging because they could have called and said I'm too busy I'm booked up, they called to say they would be able to come and they didn't. My issue was waiting for the follow-up call depending that you would follow through.

An honest roofer! Andy and his son Andre own the business. I was introduced to this company because they did the roof inspection when I installed solar at my house. I had a leak, and another company I had called told me I needed a new roof (as they had told my neighbor, so I got suspicious). Andre came out to see my roof and told me only a tune up was necessary. He also told me about a silicone coating that would extend the life of my current roof, for which I approved the work. After the job was done, he told me a full coating all over was not necessary, only the edges, saving me mucho $$!!! Thank
