Services
Scott and Laura Matherly have a passion not only for landscaping and lawn care, but also for giving their customers a sincere and personalized service. Their company began in 2001 with turf restoration and basic maintenance services and the company grew by expanding the landscape design, install, and ornamental maintenance portion of the company.
Labor day sends kids back to school, initiates a new football season, and officially ends the summer season. With fall we look forward to next season and getting the turf re-established, stronger, and healthier. Core aerating with overseeding and a fertilizer in Sept/Oct sets up the turf for success next summer.
Project Scope: The busy home owner needs help with lawn treatments and having it cut weekly. New life was brought back in and it looks great now. Project Scope: This steep slope was in need of some color after years of just having English Ivy. Working with the homeowner, we designed a new look for the area.
Project Scope: The former landscape at this commercial facility had matured and become a bit unruly, so we came in with some fresh color and a new design to provide interest to the front entrance. Project Scope: This business needed landscape around the building as well as storm water management solutions.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value
Service quality went down cut over cut... They showed up late at least a week or 4 days several times. Received complaint from HOA because of their tardiness. Have pics to share and videos of their poor quality. Lack of integrity. Its too bad.

The first way to lose business is to take information by phone, promise an estimate and then never follow up. It’s as if my request and my contact information fell into a black hole.
About a week ago I happened to see an A&S Land & Lawn Care crew in my neighborhood, so I spoke with them and got a business card. I called them the same day...... and over a week later I still haven’t received a call back. Finally I took the initiative and called him back, and it was as if he had never spoke to me or set up an appointment. It’s these things that make the difference in gaining or losing business
