Services
We started with hog barns and driveways. We came from really humble beginnings, but through hard work, dedication and the grace of God, K & M has grown to where we are now. K & M Concrete Construction is grounded in Andy, Melissa and Greg Kooiker's hard work and commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
K & M Construction is your go-to partner for all your specialty flatwork or slab on grade needs. As a licensed GCP Ductilcrete Technologies installer, we deliver high performance slab on grade construction to our clients.
K & M Concrete Construction provides structural concrete services for a variety of agricultural, industrial, commercial and municipal building projects. We maintain highly trained experts in structural concrete processes - and employ the use of total station robotics for site and building layout, and modular forming systems for hand set or gang forms.
Portland cement concrete (PCC) is the most cost-effective, sustainable pavement material available. A typical 20-year asphalt design life requires crack fill maintenance every 2 to 4 years and resurfacing every 8 to 12 years. By comparison, a typical 20-year concrete design-life pavement requires minimal maintenance and depending on use, will provide 30 - 40 years or more of reliable service.
Our teammates - from the Pacific Northwest to Puerto Rico - enjoy the benefits of working for a family owned, family operated, team of experts in the concrete construction industry. We provide an ASCC award-wining safety environment, above average earning potential, technical training, travel per diems and a benefits package including insurance, health savings account and simple IRA matching contributions.

Report
Andy and Kristi at K & M Concrete took care of all my needs. I would highly recommend doing business with this company. Andy treats active and potential customers with respect and had great communication. He was quick to resolve a concern I had and I am 100% satisfied with the outcome. I couldn't have asked for better customer service by Kristi and especially, Andy. I appreciate all you have done for me. Thanks again! Tom C.
