2 years ago, my A/C went out during the hot month of August. I first called 2 different HVAC companies who took days to come out but were unable to resolve the problem. After 10 days of sweltering weather, I called Parthenon on a Sunday night and they came right out and diagnosed the problem. By the next evening, we had cool air and signed up for their maintenance program and have had no problems since.

I can't thank Parthenon Heating & Cooling enough! I woke up to water in my bathroom. I had to turn the water off throughout the house. I called Parthenon for an emergency and I was met with a warm, concerned voice on the other end of the phone. She told me she would check on availability and called me right back. The two gentlemen came out within a few hours and immediately located the problem and repaired it professionally and efficiently. They were very considerate of the house and took precautions due to Covid. I couldn't ask for a better experience! Thank you!

Instead of insisting we need a new AC unit (as other companies had done), they came out to see if the unit could be repaired. It could! We saved A LOT of money by having this amazing company come out and service our machine. I will ONLY USE THEM from now on!

The whole complicated experience was made easy by Parthenon Plumbing. In an old house in which all sorts of additional plumbing fixtures have been added over the years at various times, something was bound to go wrong. It did. And Parthenon Plumbing was there to work on the problem- series of patched pipes and drains which eventually failed with today's HE washers and power flush toilets.
First, every call is promptly answered with a positive attitude. And scheduling is prompt- sometimes same day, and never more than next day.

The guys at Parthenon Plumbing are great. Always professional and show up when they have told me the will be at the house. They installed a new water line to the house and worked into the night to make sure it was in properly. Anytime I have issues with plumbing they are on top of it. Very happy with the work and responsiveness.

Sheila answered the phone kindly and ready to help. She explained what I needed to know and what to expect for a first visit. Michael arrived quickly and was totally professional.
I was looking for a second opinion and a better vendor than what I was currently dealing with for HVAC repair. AC not working in July! They were able to place a part order right away and expect to get the unit fixed days, if not a week, earlier than who I was using. Competitive pricing, too.

I have used them for years for plumbing issues, but decided to try them for replacing my old HVAC. They were on time (early actually) and professional, and walked me through every step of the process. Appreciate the extra time to explain things about the newer system. As they left, the crew pulled up to remove the trash and old unit seamlessly. Their prices were pretty comparable to other Nashville companies and they offer a yearly maintenance program that's pretty reasonable. Would recommend.
