I hired MCI to install hurricane impact windows and doors before the hurricane season. They were ordered in Jan 2021. They didn't start working on my home until Sept 2021!!! That's EIGHT MONTHS! Luckily we had no hurricanes!
They took on way too many jobs and did not have the windows or doors or enough installers! We got constant excuses.
When they FINALLY showed up they only had half of our windows and doors! So they could not even complete our job after waiting 8 months! More excuses.

I had my windows put in about April 2020. I noticed a few things that just didn't seem right. then we had cool weather I called and said I had minor drafts at a few windows. Roger sent me an e-mail saying I passed inspection everything was to code. I told him I still had cool air coming in which means during the summer warm air. He said must be the windows but has never had a complaint. He sent a guy out and resealed the windows. I walked around and there was one window with weather stripping hanging out. I called him again he said again everything was up to code. I called in two other window

Very enthusiastic to change the look of our exterior doors in the front entrance.ordered andcpaid 50% deposit. Doors and entrance construction was started 6/24/19. Numerous calls, meetings with salesman as of today unable to complete finishing exterior. Doors were installed with lock behind handle that is not able to lock and unlock. Threshold installed wrong color. Doors are gray , threshold installed is brown. Company promised to resolve these issues. Do not have trust at this point. They have received their monies as requested ..bal is only 10%. At this point I feel they are not striving to

2/26/19 UPDATE: after 4 months the defective window has been replaced. I am now a satisfied customer, it's too bad it took so long to get this corrected. The owner of the business (Roger) did reach out to me, and once Roger was involved everything seemed to go smoothly. A big thanks to Roger.
I had originally given MCI windows five stars and I need to take those back and here's why, the windows have defects which we couldn't see until they were cleaned, If you decide to use MCI don't do final payment until after your windows are cleaned.

I'm a Snowbirder and had an Awful experience...chose this company because the price was right...came with a broken window, left many holes in window frame..took months to get 3 windows in....and never took awning down, which was promised after I left for home...hurricane came and dismantled awning, now I have to pay to have it removed...whole experience with them was wait wait wait...but demanded their money before job was done!

We met Stan (their salesman) at the Palm Beach Home Show. He's a genuinely nice fellow with good impact window and door knowledge.
Within a few days he checked our house for a complete window and door replacement offering suggestions and gave us an estimate. We talked to 4 other company's and I have to say I've never expected such high pressure to sign on the dotted line from these other guys, it was a real dog and pony show when they came out to our house! Not with Stan, he was to the point and very professional, and NO BS! He came out two times and we went to their store in Boynton
