Moved into a new rental house in Canyon Country, CA. Hottest day of the year and the downstairs AC didn't work. Had no idea when we moved in. 90 degrees in the house. The upstairs AC unit even froze over because it was working extra hard due to the downstairs AC being completely out. On a recommendation from a friend, we called Landeen after the AC in our rental unit went out on a day with 110 degree temperatures. Their following day was already fully booked, but they showed up the next day, diagnosed and replaced a defective motor for what I thought was a very reasonable price. Our tenants and we were delighted with the speed of service, careful workmanship and efficient office staff.

I never recommend HVAC people. I haven't yet hit one that I thought was fair, did the job, didn't overcharge and didn't leave me feeling at least slightly ripped off. Until now. Good service, actually ended up less than they initially quoted, quick, on time. Super satisfied and I would definitely use them again.

Out of three companies I called regarding having my old wall heater replaced, Jill at Landeen was the only one who returned my call - within just a few minutes.
