Every time it rains and water pours onto my front overhang, I think of the conversation the owner and I had where he told me after I spend 10,000 dollars with him it would no longer happen. It's 8 years later and he never made good on it. Worst part is it's a friend I've known since high school days and he never made good on it even after 2 calls in 3 months. I didn't bother ever again but my WIFE REMINDS ME CONSTANTLY!!!! Thanks
