My brother Trellis fell 15 feet off the roof that this outfit was working on a little while ago. The supervisor did not use the right safety harness to save money and time. My brother is having problems with his vision now and is having back problems. This place is hiring a bunch of hillbillies and felons. We checked with the state and Barry is a cheap fly by night Fort Hall contractor with fake liability insurance and lapsing workers comp insurance.

Barry Cellan is one of the most shady humans I have ever met. He is a lier and a cheat!! I hired him to install a new roof on a very small section of the house and him and his crew did THE WORST job I could of imagine! Not only did he do numerous code violations, he didn’t even cover the whole roof. There were a few areas where he didn’t put roofing materials on so there are actual bare spots of nothing on my roof. So when I called him to come look at / fix the problems he was no where to be found. Only when I got the city involved did he send some workers to throw abunch of tar around that

Barry Cellan is a nightmare. We had him replace a leaking roof and it wasn’t only done poorly it had numerous code violations, he never got a permit, and he also committed fraud by using a different product than on the estimate and receipt. The product used was leftover from another job (so he basically charged them and got to double down on payment). When we contacted him after the roof was complete because areas were not sealed down and pieces were falling off and he never showed to fix until he was contacted by the city. He then sent some workers and they plastered tar over some of the areas
