I hired Harlan and his team to restore the luster of the exterior of my home this Spring. The men showed up each day and performed as a team. They cleaned up and put their ladders away everyday. All of the exterior wood and trim received power washing and two coats
of stain. My front entry door and sidelights got a fresh coat of enamel as well. Needless to say, Pinnacle Painters will get the call on my next painting project.
It is May of 2021 and I have rehired Pinnacle Painters again this year to finish stain all of my exterior home stucco. Power washing was done two days prior. Early this morning

Hired to do entire interior of house. They did a fantastic job, and are very nice guys on top of that. They also went above and beyond to come back and fix little areas as needed no questions asked. Would for sure hire them again.

Pinnacle Painters. Pinnacle Painters did a great job on my row/home in Fairmount. Harlan and his crew were wonderful to work with. They started work during the pandemic while my fiancé and I were both working remotely. I was so impressed at their professionalism and cleanliness while painting the exterior and interior of my home. They were receptive to my concerns, and very patient with me.

Our company hired Harlan to have our 900sqft office painted and to replace our carpets. While the initial meeting and process to get the quote was encouraging, everything after has been untimely and unprofessional.
We requested the painting to be completed over the weekend since we see patients on week days. The crew he hired was a couple: the husband was crude with a temper and his wife only showed up half of the time. For one person to complete this job in two days is unrealistic even with a full days work, and this guy showed up alone and hours late because he was driving down from the Poconos

Pinnacle has now completed two different jobs at our house. Harlan and the rest of his team have been fantastic to work with on both projects.
He takes the time to walk through the project up front to make sure we are on the same page. Harlan and his crew couldn’t be nicer and more professional. Most importantly they do great work. Harlan walked through both projects after they were completed with us to make sure we were fully satisfied.

We called on Harlan to help us with some last-minute finish work as we were getting ready to open our business. He and his team did beautiful work, and responded to changes and additions very patiently and efficiently. They were conscientious workers who left everything cleaner than they found it, and consistently checked in along the way to ensure we were all still on the same page about what needed to be done. We'd absolutely work with them again! Highly recommend.

A friend of mine referred Pinnacle Painters to me as my husband and I recently bought an older home in Philly. We are SO happy that we went with Harlan and his team. Harlan came out to give us a quote and spent over an hour walking through all of the things that could be done and explaining the processes. This was very comforting, especially as a first time home buyer. First, Harlan is a nice guy. Without question, the nicest contractor I have ever dealt with. Unfortunately, there is very little exceptional about his work. I contracted with Pinnacle to paint walls only (same color except in 1 room - 1200sq ft) under the impression that they were a competent and professional group. The quote process went flawlessly, and while it certainly was not inexpensive, seemed reasonable for the scope of work requested. They were 1.5 days late for starting the job, but were quite professional and communicative about it.
