Brett came out and took his time explaining their process. He made us feel at ease because we had not had great experiences with contractors in the past.
True Finish uses quality paint by Sherwin Williams. Shelby did a great job with getting us scheduled, the weather was a little unpredictable this season, she kept in close contact with us letting us know when there were any schedule changes. They were very flexible and worked with our schedule. They also did a great job making sure the colors we had were correct!
Seth was super, he came back out to touch up any areas that needed attention. Brian made sure the final job was complete to our satisfaction. We would definitely recommend True Finish to anyone who wants a quality job done by top notch people at a great price!? Francis came to do the estimate and with great customer service helped us choose a color to make our kitchen look great.

I would highly recommend True Finish Painting! They painted our whole upstairs including crown molding, bathroom cabinets, doors, stairway bannister and several other rooms on the main floor. They did a great job doing an initial few coats and then would come back through to do any small spots that needed touch ups. The communication was great and the painters did a good job with cleanup too. Overall, thank you Brian and crew for the work that went into our paint job, it turned out great!

One of the biggest mistakes we made was hiring this company to destroy our home. Our out of pocket expense to fix the damaged they cost will far surpass their bid. Do NOT hire. Our bid was to prep,sand,caulk all woodwork. The doors and windows in our home were not painted in full voiding the warranty. This was after 3 months of them being in our home. Now we have to start all over because the damages are going to affect our appraisal value. This is not a custom home painting company.

True Finish Painting holds 'true' to their name. The quality of work, attention to detail and customer service was exceptional. With having so many projects being completed at one time, there were several crews coming and going. It is a true testament to this company that I know every single crew member's name and each took great pride in his work as well as kept me informed on a daily basis. The finished product is a 'True' showstopper!

Bryan and his team did an amazing job painting the brick on the exterior of our house. I knew we were in good hands when I saw how meticulously they prepped the house before they started painting. Bryan is very knowledgeable about the quality of paint that should be used and he is very friendly and easy to communicate with. We had a big project but Bryan was able to have it done beautifully and quickly without leaving any mess behind. I would highly recommend True Finish for any painting project you might have ... big or small!

I had a short notice paint project and true finish painting did an amazing job! Francis came to do the estimate and with great customer service helped us choose a color to make our kitchen look great. They finished the job in three days and the cabinets look really good! I was especially impressed with their nice staff and customer service. Go with these guys you will not be disappointed!
